The team behind the platform
The people who build the technology wealth management firms trust with their most important client relationships need to understand more than software. They need to understand what it feels like to be responsible for a family's financial life.
Some of us have been advisors. Some have built and sold technology. Some have sat on both sides of an M&A table. What we share is a conviction that independent advisory firms deserve enterprise grade digital infrastructure, and a belief that the way a client experiences their advisor is not a detail. It is the relationship.

Founders
Fynancial leadership

Tom Fields
Co-Founder & CEO
A former financial advisor who learned this idea the hard way. Tom earned his CFP at the end of 2019, built financial education courses for nurses during the pandemic, and turned the day a client fired him for lack of communication into the thesis the whole company runs on: the relationship lives wherever the client actually experiences it. He leads product vision and enterprise partnerships, and he is the loudest voice for making the client experience worthy of the advice behind it.

Patrick Parker
Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer
Co-Founder and the product mind of the company. Before Fynancial, Patrick and Piyush built and sold app technology to online creators, and when the bigger vision became clear they folded three years of their own work into the new company for equity, a bet Tom says he will never stop respecting. He turns a wide, ambitious vision into something an advisor can actually pick up and use on the first try, and he keeps the team honest about the small details that decide whether software feels effortless or exhausting.

Piyush Pamecha
Co-Founder & CTO
Piyush owns the architecture the whole platform stands on, and the hardest part of that job is the part nobody sees. Pull clean data out of the CRM, planning, and reporting tools a firm already runs. Keep it in sync. Then publish a separately branded app under that firm's own name in the App Store and Google Play, and do it again for the next firm. What started as a single eMoney integration now reaches every major platform in the industry, including a native Salesforce Managed Package and real time archival into Global Relay and Smarsh, carrying the SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 posture that lets an enterprise RIA put its brand on the result.
