Built for the advisor who has enough to manage already
Every message, follow-up, and alert in one prioritized view, sitting on top of the stack you already run.
The desktop portal, the Advisor App, Fynancial Queue, Pulse, and Intelligence expand advisor capacity without adding complexity.
The advisor operating layer

The desktop portal
The advisor's primary interface is a clean, browser-based desktop portal that gives each advisor a real-time view of their client roster: engagement levels, unread messages, pending documents, recent activity, upcoming meetings, and action items from their last conversations.
Advisors see, at a glance, which clients are highly engaged, which have not logged in recently, and which have outstanding items that need follow-up. The portal is the operating dashboard for the advisor relationship: a single screen that replaces the tab-switching between CRM, email, performance reporting, and planning tools that currently consumes hours per week.
It is not a replacement for the firm's CRM. It is the client engagement layer that sits on top of it and keeps advisors focused on relationships, not logistics.

Fynancial Queue: every action, one place
The average advisor starts their morning by opening four tabs. Email. CRM. Performance reporting. Maybe a planning tool. Every system has something that needs attention. Nothing tells them which item matters most.
The Fynancial Queue fixes this. Think of it as a priority-ordered action inbox. Slack-style swipe interface that surfaces every item requiring advisor attention across the entire platform. Portfolio drift alerts. Client messages. Pending document requests. Pulse follow-ups waiting to be sent. Intelligence-generated outreach recommendations. All of it, ranked, in one place.
The advisor swipes through the queue. They act on the items that need a response, dismiss the ones that do not, and move on. No tab-switching. No cross-referencing between systems. No items falling through the gaps because they were buried in a CRM notification the advisor never saw.
For firms managing large client rosters across multiple advisors, the Fynancial Queue is the operational infrastructure that makes consistency possible. Every advisor, every morning, starts from the same prioritized view of what the platform needs from them. The firm's client experience stops being dependent on which advisors are organized and starts being a property of the system.

The advisor app
The Advisor App is the mobile counterpart to the desktop portal, and the advisor-side counterpart to the client app. Advisors sign in with the same credentials, turn on Face ID, and carry the core of the platform in their pocket: the same client roster, the same client detail, the same prioritized work, sized for the screen they already have on them.
From any contact, an advisor can send a message, create a post, assign an action item, or call the client directly. Direct and group conversations sit in one place, so nothing goes unanswered because the advisor stepped away from the desk. Posts, messages, action items, and reminders can all be scheduled to a single client or a whole group, queued in advance for the right moment.
Advisors are rarely at a desk when a client needs them, whether in a meeting, between offices, or at an industry event. Because the app and the portal are the same system seen from two places, an item cleared on the phone is cleared everywhere. The Advisor App means the response does not have to wait.
Meeting to action, automatically
Log meeting outcomes
After a client meeting, the advisor captures commitments, decisions, and follow-up items in Pulse.
Review and personalize
Pulse generates a structured follow-up message and CRM tasks. The advisor reviews and edits before sending.
Deploy to client and CRM
The follow-up lands in the client app; action items sync to Salesforce, Redtail, or Wealthbox automatically.
Track completion
A completion loop closes when each item is addressed. Institutional follow-through without manual chasing.
I am not exaggerating when I say our app has helped us win over $10M in new AUM between two separate prospects. The vision Fynancial has is incredible!
Intelligence in your pocket: wealth insights that move your firm and your clients forward.
Held-away assets
When client data patterns suggest assets not under management, such as 401(k) accounts, equity compensation, inheritance, or self-directed accounts, Intelligence prompts the advisor with a specific, contextualized outreach suggestion. A specific message, ready to review and send, at the right moment in the relationship.
Portfolio drift alerts
When a client's portfolio allocation drifts beyond configured thresholds, Intelligence surfaces the alert in the advisor's portal with a suggested client communication attached. The advisor reviews, edits if needed, and sends from inside the branded app, archived in real time.
Life event detection
Signals in communication and planning data that may indicate a significant life event, such as a new home, a business transition, or a retirement approaching faster than planned, are surfaced to the advisor before the client has to volunteer the information. The advisor who calls first builds the relationship that lasts.
Next best action
Based on the full picture of the client's planning profile, engagement history, and life stage, Intelligence recommends the next highest-value conversation topic for each advisor-client relationship. What to discuss. When to discuss it. What to prepare.
